We are from Hello Wood, an international architecture studio based in
Budapest, Hungary, and we are following the best institutions from all over
the world, and now we want to reach out to you.
We are more than happy to tell you that *our summer school is coming back
this year!*
The* Builder Summit *takes place in Hungary, Zalahaláp, and it is going to
be an amazing 10 days together, with 8 days of building projects and 2 days
of Hungary's newest music festival.
We are expecting 200 international participants and many team leaders with
amazing project ideas.
We will have our guest stars perform in our event such as *Karim
Rashid* industrial
designer and *Arthur Mamou-Mani* architect, Burning Man designer. [image:

*The team leader* submission period is nearly over, so if you are thinking
about applying for a position like that, we are excited to see your ideas -
until *April 30th. *We are expecting different projects, such as wooden
installations, AR projects or even landart projects.
*To be a participant *you can submit your application for a longer time,
but the fee is going to change so keep an eye on the dates. Everyone can
apply who has any experience in design, architecture or art, even if you
are starting your uni days or you already finished a few years ago. [image:

Normal deadline: April 30.
Late entry: May 31.
Our main topic for the projects is the ambivalence of demolition and
construction, absence and replenishment, intervention and naturalness
regarding our venue which is an abandoned basalt quarry.
We will welcome our participants with an amazing centerpiece installation
designed, built and developed by us, Hello Wood.
Our centerpiece will be our stage, our social gathering spot and many more
functionality will be included within the building.
The summer is approaching and we can't wait to meet in person with the
people who come from all around the world to build with us for 8 day and
then party for another 2.
We kindly ask you to spread the words about our event, to give the chance
to anyone who wants to participate or wants to be a part of our Builder
Society.
