| Presentation instructions |
Each talk is 15 minutes long. It is recommended to use 10 minutes to present and 5 minutes to discuss.
The following points should be taken into consideration when preparing your oral presentation:
 Ensure that you are available at least 30 minutes before the session commences on the day of the conference.
Speakers should send their presentation in advance to ide@gaf.ni.ac.rs or get it loaded onsite preferably early in the morning of their scheduled presentation time.
Authors should clearly identify themselves and specify the room, date and time of presentation.
We strongly recommend that you use only the standard fonts of Arial or Times New Roman.
The equipment available will be PC and Data Projector.
The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint. Please make sure that your file ends with a ".ppt or .pps" .
Only the following formats will be accepted: CD or USB Memory Stick
Please follow the file name convention:
Date__Presentation Time__FirstName__Surname.ppt
For example:
November11_1030_Milan_Gocic.ppt
